When protested against snatching mobile, the minors killed the young man by slitting his throat
A horrifying case of murder has come to light in Delhi. The surprising thing is that both the accused who carried out the incident are minors. Delhi Police has caught both of them. Some belongings of the deceased have also been recovered from them. Police is taking further action in the matter.
According to the police, the incident took place on January 21 at 2.23 pm. Suddenly a call came near the Maidan Garhi PCR van of the police. The caller told that a dead body of a person was lying near Telephone Mohalla, Radha Krishna Temple. On getting the information, the police team reached the spot. Here the police found the body of an 18-year-old youth. Several stabs were done on the body of the deceased with a knife. His throat had been slit with badardi.
When the police started identifying the deceased, on the identification of his grandmother, the deceased was identified as Harsh resident Kalu Ram Chowk, Sanjay Kali, Bhati Mines. A police team inspected the spot, collected necessary evidence and started investigation. The body of the deceased was sent to AIIMS Hospital.
The police have scanned the footage of CCTV cameras installed around the spot. In this, two minors were last seen with the young man. After this, when the police caught two minors, residents of Maidangarhi, they confessed to the murder. Harsh’s mobile, SIM card and blood-stained clothes of the accused have been recovered from the accused. The accused told that Harsh was playing cards. Harsh’s accomplices fled when they started looting his mobile. When Harsh protested against the robbery, he attacked him with a knife.
