Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented the Union Budget 2023-24. Many announcements have been made in this budget for women, youth and senior citizens. The meeting of the Congress Parliamentary Strategy Group will be held at the CPP office to chalk out a strategy for the budget session. Like-minded parties of the opposition will hold a meeting at the Rajya Sabha office of the opposition at 10 am to prepare the strategy for the floor of the house.
PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti said that this budget is the same which was coming for the last 8-9 years. Money is not being spent on increased taxes, welfare schemes and subsidies.
