Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has made a big announcement keeping in mind the convenience of crores of railway passengers. The Ministry of Railways has taken this decision regarding the difficulties faced by people in booking confirmed train tickets.
Ashwini Vaishnav himself shared his point with the people and told how he will now provide confirmed rail tickets to the people. Giving information, he said that now in this new campaign Indian Railways has increased the capacity of issuing tickets from 25000 per minute. 2.25 lakhs and planning to increase the inquiry capacity from 4 lakhs to 40 lakhs per minute.. He has shared this information with all the people on last Friday itself… He also told that in this financial year 2023-24 Has set a target of laying new rail tracks for about 7000 km.. Along with this, he has announced to keep ‘Jan-Suvidha’ stores open 24 hours at 2000 railway stations across the country.
He said,” Our plan is to improve the structure of passenger reservation system… Let us tell you that at present there is a capacity to issue tickets up to 25,000 per minute.. The Railway Minister said that in the current financial year He has already achieved the target of laying about 4500 km of railway track.
Ashwini Vaishnav also told that from now onwards ‘flexi’ fare has been implemented in Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto trains, due to which now this fare is applicable in 144 trains. There are no proposals..The Railway Minister also says that during the five years of 2017-18 and 2021-22, about Rs 3,357 crore has been received from flexi fare.
