A 26-year-old software engineer died after falling from the 20th floor of Golden Palm Society, Sector-168, Noida. The incident is being told late Friday night. The police reached the information and took the dead body in possession and sent it for postmortem. Whether the young man committed suicide or he was murdered, the police is probing from all angles.
The deceased was identified as Naman Madan, a resident of Sonipat, Haryana. The case pertains to the Golden Park Society located in Sector-168 of Noida. According to information, Naman had come here to stay with a female friend in an apartment in the society.
Naman’s female friend is from Chandigarh. According to the information, both had booked a room in the studio apartment of a society located in Sector-168. Actually, flats are given on rent in this society like a hotel. According to police sources, the flat from whose balcony Naman fell was booked for a day. Both had rented the studio flat for a day through online booking. Liquor bottles and intoxicants have also been recovered from the room. It is believed that Naman might have taken this step after a drunken brawl, at present the police has sent Naman’s body for postmortem. The family members have also been informed. Naman’s female friend is being interrogated.
