Chief Justice Pritinkar Diwakar has summoned the ASI scientist today at 4.30 pm while hearing the petition filed by the Anjumne Intezamia Committee regarding the survey being conducted in the Gyanvapi campus. The court wants to make it clear to the ASI that there could be some damage during the survey. Before this, during the hearing, it was said on behalf of the mosque side that the survey could damage the structure. The District Judge does not have the right to conduct the survey. This order is wrong. In response, the temple side replied that the structure of the temple can be known correctly only after the survey.

ASI is conducting survey through two techniques. In that photography, imaging will do. There will be no damage of any kind. On this, the court wanted to know the demo of the survey and summoned the scientist of ASI engaged in the survey at 4.30 pm.

During the hearing before this, the counsel for the Hindu side said that there would be no harm to the established structure from the scientific survey. The Muslim party argued that who would take the guarantee of no loss. The experience of the 1992 demolition in Ayodhya cannot be forgotten.

A large number of advocates are present in the Chief Justice’s court for the hearing of the Gyanvapi case. The hearing of the case is going on. The decision can come by this evening. The Muslim party alleges that the lower court has not mentioned any logical reason for the scientific survey in its order. The lower court in its order did not even mention the circumstances in which scientific survey is mandatory.

The Muslim party said that there is no dispute between the Kashi Vishwanath Trust and the Arrangement Committee, so the plaintiff has no legal right to file a case.
Questioned the maintainability of civil suit. The argument of the Muslim side continues. Another advocate of the Muslim side, Puneet Gupta, is also arguing.

Arguing on behalf of the Muslim side, advocate Puneet Gupta said that it is wrong to conduct a scientific survey without completing the process of evidence in a civil suit. At this stage in the civil suit, the scientific survey has been ordered in haste.

The High Court asked the lawyer of the Central Government, what is ASI going to do

The High Court asked the Solicitor General of the Central Government what the ASI would do in Gyanvapi and why it was going there. The court asked the question to Solicitor General Shashi Prakash Singh. The court asked how the ASI would conduct the survey. Vishnu Shankar, the lawyer of the Hindu side, argued that the worship was done at the disputed site till November 1993. Maa Shringar Gauri, Hanumanji, Lord Ganesha and Lord Shiva are worshipped. Parikrama has been taking place at the disputed site. The Hindu side also claimed that Aurangzeb had destroyed the temple.

The ongoing hearing in the High Court on Gyanvapi survey has been adjourned till 4.30 pm. The court has summoned the scientists of ASI at 4.30 pm. Agra or Varanasi scientists will come.
