Sacked Rajasthan minister Rajendra Gudha expelled from assembly, proceedings adjourned till August 2
Rajasthan: Sacked minister and Congress MLA from Udaipurwati in Jhunjhunu, Rajendra Gudha and BJP MLA from Kota’s Ramganjmandi, Madan Dilawar, have been suspended for the remaining time of the 15th Assembly for their indecent conduct in the Rajasthan Assembly for waving red diary during zero hour. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal proposed in the Assembly that for the first time in the history of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Congress MLA Rajendra Gudha misbehaved against the Speaker.

At the same time, Shanti Dhariwal also accused Madan Dilawar of BJP that he also behaved indecent and tried to kill me. Describing the work of both the MLAs as wrong, he demanded that they be suspended.
Assembly Speaker Dr. CP Joshi got the resolution passed to suspend Congress MLA Rajendra Gudha and BJP MLA Madan Dilawar amidst a lot of noise. With the passing of the suspension motion, Speaker of the Assembly Dr. CP Joshi adjourned the proceedings of the Assembly till the next two August.
Before the proceedings of the assembly started, the opposition started protesting that the MLAs and Ministers of the ruling party did not treat Rajendra Gudha well. The members of the opposition started raising slogans. In the midst of this sloganeering, a proposal was made on behalf of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dhariwal to suspend Rajendra Gudha and Madan Dilawar, which was passed in a noisy manner.
