‘Whether the matter is legal or political, it is the perception that makes the difference. From the point of view of a common man, the case will go on in this matter. For the time being, the sentence has been stayed, but Rahul Gandhi has not been acquitted. However, the Congress has benefited from this immediate relief. This incident will strengthen the position of Congress after the formation of I.N.D.I.A. I believe that since independence till today, if there can be an alternative in the center, then there are only two possibilities – either the leadership should be of Congress or it should be of BJP. It has never worked in the hands of a regional party. The contest is only between Congress and BJP. For the strength of Indian democracy, it is necessary for both Congress and BJP to be strong. BJP and Congress are against each other. They will make sesame palm. Amit Shah has also been accused. Things like chowkidar chor hai have been said. Here a quote from Ghalib is imperative, “Hum hi badnaam ho gaye Mirza, varna duniya mein kya nahi hota hai”. ,

He went through all the lower courts against the decision of the Lower Court and reached the Supreme Court and got relief there. What would have happened if this had happened to a common man here? In its decision, the Supreme Court has described the 125-page judgment of the lower court as interesting. In this, no reason has been given for giving maximum punishment to Rahul Gandhi. Only the warning given to him from the Supreme Court has been cited. No concrete reason has been given for the rest of the sentence. ,
The matter of restoring Rahul Gandhi’s membership of Parliament is under consideration with the Lok Sabha speaker.
