A case of rape with a six-year-old innocent has come to light in Seelampur area of North-East Delhi. A person living in the neighborhood carried out the incident. After the incident, the accused threatened to kill him if he told anything to anyone. The innocent was horrified and she started to remain silent. In the statement given to the police, the victim told the incident that happened to her and said that the accused carried out the incident four-five times. The police have arrested the accused by registering a case under sections of rape and POCSO. Seelampur police station is investigating the matter after questioning him.

According to the police, the innocent lives with the family in a rented house in Seelampur area. His family consists of parents and other members. Masoom is a second class student in a nearby government school. In the same building where the family of the innocent lives, the accused also lives with his family.

The innocent used to go to the house of the accused to play with his daughter. A few days ago when the innocent reached his house, the accused was alone at home. The rest had gone somewhere. The accused raped the innocent by threatening her. After this, threatened to kill him.

After this, whenever the accused got a chance, he carried out the crime four to five times. Due to fear after the incident, the innocent did not tell anything to anyone. When the mother asked him, he told the whole thing. After this the police was informed. Later, a case was registered and the accused was arrested.
