Road Accident: Truck collided with a car, two people of the same family, including a woman, died and three were injured
A truck rammed into the car of devotees who were returning to their village after visiting Balaji. Two people of the same family, including the car rider, died in the collision, while the other three were injured.
Rupesh Sharma’s son, Yashodarshan Sharma, a resident of Bulandshahr’s Ahmedgarh police station, went to Balaji Darshan with his family in his Mahindra XUV 300 vehicle. After darshan, he was returning to his village, Ahmedgarh. As soon as the car passed on the Aligarh-Moradabad National Highway near village Nagaula under Jawan police station in Aligarh on Sunday, a truck carrying an Indane gas cylinder from Jawan’s side rammed into the car.
The collision between the truck and the car was so severe that its sound was heard far and wide. Hearing the sound, the people around also reached the spot. Someone informed the police station about this. On information, Inspector Devendra Singh reached the spot of May Force. The car was completely destroyed in the accident. Five people from the same family were traveling in the car. Rupesh Sharma and his younger brother Yogesh Sharma’s wife, Ritu Sharma, who were in the car, died on the spot. The deceased Rupesh Sharma’s wife, Renu Sharma, daughter Nishi Sharma, and son Lakshya Sharma were injured. In which Renu Sharma’s condition is said to be serious. His daughter Nishi has a fracture in her leg, and his son Lakshya is injured.
The injured were sent by ambulance to JN Medical College, Aligarh. The police have sent the bodies of Rupesh and Ritu Sharma to Aligarh for post-mortem. The family members were informed about the road accident. He reached Aligarh. Due to the deaths of two members of the same family in a road accident, there was a wave of mourning in the family. The driver of the truck managed to escape. It is being told that an Eeco car coming from Aligarh with a ride also collided with the Mahindra XUV300 car, but no one was seriously injured in it.
