Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid the foundation stone for the redevelopment of these railway stations through video conferencing. The cost of this project is 24 thousand 470 crore rupees. The rejuvenation of these railway stations will be done under the Amrit Bharat Station scheme.

In a tweet, PM Modi described today as a historic day and said that the redevelopment program of Rs 25,000 crore will bring revolutionary changes in the railway infrastructure. He said that the government has completed all the works respecting the sentiments of the people. India has built as many rail tracks in the last 9 years as South Africa, Ukraine, Poland and Sweden.

Youth benefited from free Wi-Fi facility – PM Modi

PM Modi said that the goal of the country is to make railway travel accessible and enjoyable for every citizen. He said that from the train station to outside, excellent facilities are being provided. The free Wi-Fi facility at the station has greatly benefitted the youth. Over time, railway stations have become the heart of the city. Whoever reaches by train, whether local or foreign, seeing the good work, his memory will be better.

PM Modi further said, “I appreciate the Ministry of Railways for this historic campaign. Today the vision of the whole world has changed regarding India. The government has started One Station One Product. A glimpse of the local culture of the country will be seen in these stations.

PM Modi also attacked the opposition

In the program, PM Modi also attacked the opposition. PM Modi said that unfortunately a section of the opposition in our country is following the old pattern. They will neither work nor allow it to be done. When we gave a new parliament to the country, the opposition opposed it. Created the path of duty, it was also criticized. He said that some political parties remember Gandhi and Sardarji, but do not follow them. We have risen above negative thinking. We believe in everyone’s support, everyone’s development.
