A video has surfaced in connection with the attack on Indian team’s star cricketer Prithvi Shaw and his friends. Prithvi Shaw has been accused of assault by Sapna Gill. A complaint has been lodged at the Oshiwara police station regarding the matter.
A serious matter is coming to the fore regarding Indian team’s star cricketer Prithvi Shaw. Prithvi Shaw has been accused of assault by a female fan. This whole incident has come to light from a five star hotel in Santacruz, Mumbai. Whereas on behalf of Prithvi Shaw, it has been said that some people have attacked him and his friends with baseball bats. While in a video, Prithvi Shaw is seen with a stick and his girl is also having a scuffle.
Now this matter has reached the police. Oshiwara Police has registered an FIR against 8 people in this matter. In this, two people, Shobhit Thakur and Sana alias Sapna Gill have been named while six other fans have also been named in the FIR. According to the report, it is also being said that the fans involved in the brawl were under the influence of alcohol.
Accusing Prithvi, Sapna’s lawyer said, “Prithvi Shaw has assaulted Sapna. The stick is also visible in Prithvi Shaw’s hand. Prithvi Shaw’s friends had attacked earlier. Sapna is currently at Oshiwara police station. Police has not given him permission to go for medical. A video related to this allegation is also going viral in which both Prithvi and Sapna are seen holding a stick.
According to the information, Prithvi Shaw had come with some of his friends to have dinner at a five star hotel. Here during the dinner, the unknown accused came to Prithvi Shaw and demanded to take a selfie. Shaw also took selfies with both the men, but the same group came back and asked to take selfies with other named accused.
In such a situation, the cricketer called the restaurant owner and asked him to remove the fans. The staff and manager removed the fans there at that time but they started waiting for them outside the restaurant. Then as soon as Prithvi came out, they started fighting with him.
It is also alleged that a woman blackmailed Prithvi and his friends. According to media reports, after a dispute inside the restaurant, when Prithvi came out with his friends, they broke the glass of Prithvi Shaw’s friend’s car with a baseball bat. During that time Prithvi Shaw was present in the car only.
The complaint said that Prithvi Shaw was in the car, and we did not want any dispute. That’s why we sent Prithvi Shaw in another car. After this, Shaw’s friend’s car was stopped near Lotus Petrol Pump in Jogeshwari. Where a woman came and said that if this matter has to be resolved then she will have to pay 50 thousand rupees otherwise she will make false allegations.
