By breaking the door of the house in Sonipat, Haryana, three youths have carried out the incident of gang rape of a minor girl. The incident took place in a village under Rai police station area.
After the gang rape, the mother of the minor victim has filed a complaint in the police station. Police have registered a case and arrested two youths on the charges of gangrape while the third is absconding.
Originally from Bihar, currently living in the village of Rai police station area, the woman told the police in her complaint that she lives with her family in a rented house. She and her husband work as laborers. Both of them had gone to work. His minor daughter was alone at home.
Meanwhile, Tushar and Naveen of the village along with a friend jumped over the wall and entered their house. His daughter closed the door, but the latch opened after all three kicked at the door. All three raped their daughter. The three accused threatened to kill them if they told the family and fled.
The victim called her father and informed about the incident. The victim’s father and mother came home and later Rai police station was informed. The police got the daughter’s medical done and the rape was confirmed. On the statement of the woman in Rai police station, a case was registered under the sections of gang rape.
On the other hand, regarding this incident, Rai police station in-charge Inspector Badan Singh told that an incident of gang rape has happened with a minor girl in Rai police station area. The accused have entered the house and raped the minor. Soon after the complaint, a case was registered and two accused Tushar, Naveen have been arrested.
