Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the media on Wednesday after presenting the budget for the financial year 2022-23 in the UP Assembly. He said that this time the size of the budget is six lakh 90 thousand crore rupees.
He said that the size of the budget is according to the needs of the state. This goal is achieved by creating financial discipline. There has been an increase in the revenue tax in the state.
Chief Minister Yogi said that we have increased the size of the budget without imposing any new tax on the public. This reflects the efficient financial management of the government. The burden of inflation was not put on the public. Along with increasing its revenue, the government has reduced VAT on petrol and diesel.
