A case of a man being dragged on the road has come to light in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The video of this incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In this case, the police have registered a case against the bike rider. The victim has been admitted to the hospital.
In Bengaluru, a youth riding a scooter hit an elderly man’s car on Tuesday and dragged the old man on the road for a kilometer while trying to escape from there. Many people saw the video of this horrific incident on social media. The Bolero vehicle of Muthappa (71), a publisher by profession, was hit from behind by a scooter rider and when Muthappa tried to stop the youth, he started running.
After this the car driver caught hold of the scooty, but he started chasing the scooty and dragged the driver on the road. During this, some other passers-by on the road captured the incident in their mobile and immediately tried to stop the scooty-riding youth. After this many people gathered there. Others lifted the victim and helped him to the hospital. As soon as the information was received, the police also reached the spot and arrested the accused.

The victim is currently under medical treatment a city hospital. The two-wheeler driver has been apprehended by the police at PS Govindaraj Nagar: DCP West Bengaluru
The accused has been taken into custody by the police. The accused youth is a medical salesman. He dragged 71-year-old Muthappa, the driver of the car. An FIR has been registered under sections 337, 338 and 307 of the IPC against the scooty-ridden youth for allegedly dragging Muthappa.
